How we come back to things, how we find new versions of parts of our past in the present, and how the things we revisit can lead us to new or different places. Replay old memories. Each line and shape merges into the other to create a complex highway of seemingly disconnected values that converge or overlap or harmonize or clash with each other. Elaborations on the symbol of the spiral, what once manifested as a portal or wormhole grows into a spiral that exploded from the center and deviated into multiple directions and forms. The attitude of my work is informed by language, illustration, dance, night time, op-art, the subconscious mind, puzzles, sound and rhythm.
